Mice/Rats
Platinum utilizes a series of treatment tools and methods to control these rodents on the interior and the exterior of the structure. Baits, traps, exclusion…whatever it takes to eliminate the problem. We also do a visual assessment of the exterior, looking for points of entry. Any structural issues, openings, or visible access points will be brought to your attention. Platinum will also perform minor exclusion services such as sealing, caulking, etc. (additional fee service).
Fleas
The dominant species of this parasite we deal with is the Cat Flea. Treatment for these uninvited guests consists of a two-pronged approach. First, (and most important) your pet(s) will need to begin a flea treatment program. Many are on the market and available over the counter. We recommend you consult a veterinary professional to see what is best for pet. Second, a flea treatment of your home will need to be done to eliminate your infestation. This will be done using a combination of adulticides and growth regulators.
Spiders
We have many species of spiders in the area, but the most common we encounter are: Wolf spiders, Yellow Sac, Jumping spiders, Hobo spiders, and the common House spider.
